The price includes the sailboat or catamaran rental, professional skipper, and all boat-related operational costs.

Food and beverages may be included depending on the package you choose. Some themed experiences are fully curated with meals included, while others allow you the flexibility to organize provisioning according to your preferences.

HoliSail experiences are designed for guests who want to relax and enjoy the journey.
Your skipper takes care of navigation and safety, while you’re free to swim, unwind, explore, or even learn the basics of sailing if you’re curious.

We do not mix strangers into cabins.
You book the entire boat for your group — whether it’s a couple’s retreat, wellness program, or curated sailing week with friends.

We sail from carefully selected regions in Greece, including the Ionian Islands, Dodecanese, and Sporades.

Your skipper may adjust the route depending on wind and sea conditions.
The beauty of sailing is flexibility — often the alternative plan turns out to be an even more beautiful hidden bay.

You can secure your booking in two ways:

Option 1 — Direct Bank Transfer
You may complete your payment immediately via bank transfer.

Option 2 — Book Now, Pay Securely Later
After submitting your reservation request, you’ll receive a secure payment link via email. Through this link, you can safely pay by card or bank transfer.

All payments (excluding the refundable vessel deposit) are made directly to HoliSail.

The payment structure depends on how far in advance you reserve your sailing week.

If booking is made more than 90 days before departure:

  • 30% at the time of booking

  • 20% 60 days before departure

  • Remaining balance due no later than 30 days before departure

If booking is made within 60–90 days before departure:

  • 50% at the time of booking

  • Remaining balance due no later than 30 days before departure

If booking is made within 30 days of departure:

  • 100% of the Tour amount is due at the time of booking

The full Tour amount (excluding the refundable security deposit) must be fully paid at least 30 days prior to departure.

Please note that this structure represents the standard payment schedule.
Payment terms may vary depending on the specific package, vessel, or program, and the exact schedule is always clearly stated within each individual package.

The security deposit, if required, is paid separately to the Charter Company on the day the Tour begins.

Yes.

A refundable security deposit may be required by the Charter Company. This deposit is:

  • Disclosed at the time of booking

  • Paid directly to the Charter Company on the day the Tour begins

  • Governed by the Charter Company’s policies

It is generally refunded if no damage occurs to the vessel.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Charter Company providing the vessel.

HoliSail acts as a coordinator and does not have the authority to override these policies.

All relevant cancellation terms are communicated clearly at the time of booking.

We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance covering:

  • Medical expenses

  • Personal injury

  • Trip cancellation

While we may suggest providers, insurance remains the Client’s responsibility.
